By accessing or using the website rmng.co (the "Site") or contracting with RMNG, a division of Roaming Hunger LLC ("RMNG", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our Site or Services.

RMNG provides experiential marketing, event production, mobile tour operations, pop-up activations, and brand strategy services ("Services"). The specific deliverables, timelines, milestones, and costs for any campaign or project are established via separate written Statements of Work ("SOW") or service contracts executed between RMNG and the client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published and made available on our Site, including but not limited to text, logos, trademarks, case studies, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and software code, is the property of RMNG, Roaming Hunger LLC, or our respective content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or license any Site content without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing our Site or submitting inquiries, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations;
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory project inquiries;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security or vulnerability of the Site infrastructure;
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, trojans, worms, or disruptive scripts;
• Scrape, spider, crawl, or harvest contact information or intellectual property using automated means.

6. Client Proposals, Estimates & Invoices

All project proposals, pitch decks, and cost estimations delivered through or referenced on the Site are proprietary and confidential to RMNG. Estimates and dates provided are non-binding until formalized in a mutually executed SOW. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed SOW, the terms of the executed SOW shall govern.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RMNG. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or actions of any third-party websites or services.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
